All of the meat is smoked by pit master, Tump! Squeels on Wheels meat is smoked long and laboriously with Vermont maple, oak, and fruit wood. We specialize in Pig Roasts with pigs straight from a farm in neighboring New Hampshire, but our extensive menu includes everything from a whole pig to pulled pork and slow-roasted brisket.
And don't forget the homemade sides, sauces, salads, soups, and apps by Chef Cindy! Cindy and Tump are owner-operators with top notch products and services. With many fresh ingredients from their very own garden, local CSA, or local farm, menu items are created fresh for you, homemade or home grown!
