Event Booking
Deposit of 50% required to reserve your event date, balance due on delivery day. Two week notice required for all pig roast events.

Don't need catering? Interested in breakfast or brunch - give us a call. Save $$, pre-order and pick up hot, ready to eat or cold to heat and serve when needed. Place your order a miminum of 24 hours in advance.

Competition Cook
For this special cook, we use competition grade meats and prepare, smoke and finish the Spare Ribs, Chicken Thighs, Pork Butt and Brisket just like we would at a competition. The only difference - we bring the BBQ to you instead of the Judges - you be the Judge! Call for pricing.

Seafood Boil
When you can't get to the Beach Boil, we'll bring it to you. The pot begins with red potatoes, corn halves, Andouille sausage, and of course some Old Bay seasoning. Then you choose the seafood: Snow Crab Clusters, Lobster, Large Shrimp, Littleneck Clams, Crawfish, Oysters, Mussles, Scallops, Salmon, Catfish - you get the idea. Have your table ready to be filled with a feast! Call for pricing.

Surf & Turf
Can't decide on land or sea? Don't settle, do both! Combine our Seafood Boil with the Competiton Cook and you've got a feast that can't be beat. Just want some ribs and chicken with your seafood, no problem. Let us know what you'd like on the buffet table and we'll bring it to you. Call for pricing.
