WE DO PIGS! That's right a good ol' whole roasted pig, complete with an apple in the mouth and olives for eyes. You can pick it up yourself or we can bring it to you. You'll find lots of our popular menu items below, but because our food is homemade with the freshest local ingrediants - we love to create custom orders and themed events. Call for a quote or to book your event. All of our meats are house smoked and the menu changes based on what's available. Pulled Pork is one of our regular meats, we also smoke brisket, chicken, ribs, turkey, and ham. We keep our menu fresh and simple using our smoked meats, so the menu changes on a regular basis. We often have soup and other specials.

Pulled pork, brisket, chicken, turkey or ham.

Hot or Sweet Italian sausage with roasted bell peppers and onions.

Swedish Meatballs
Award Winning Swedish Meatballs in a mushroom, onion gravy.

Cheese and Pepperoni Tray - Assorted cheeses, pepperoni, smoked sausage, pickles, olives and dipping mustards.

Fruit and Vegetable Trays - one or both, fresh fruits or veggies with dipping sauce.

Deviled Eggs - Stuffed egg halves on a bead of lettuce.

Salads or Soup
Potato Salad - Traditional or German style.

Cole Slaw - creamy or vinegar style.

Pasta Salad - Pasta, veggies and cheese in a light mustard sauce.

Tomato Salad - Tomato, cucumber, onion, mozzarella in Italian dressing.

Event Booking
Deposit of 50% required to reserve your event date, balance due on delivery day. Minimum order may apply. Two week notice required for all pig roast events.
